How to fix “Couldn’t complete your purchase” on Google Play Store
To fix “Couldn’t complete your purchase” on Google Play Store, you need to clear both caches, and storage of both google play store and google play services before using a VPN.
Step 1: Clear Cache & Storage
So in the first step, you are going to go to your phone settings.
From settings, you head to apps and notifications or app manager.
Under Apps& Notification, click see all apps.
Scroll down until you meet google playstore on the list.
Under storage, clear both cache and storage.
After that go back to google play services and confirm that both the cache and storage are cleared.
Step 2: Install the VPN
