Method #1 Logout and Login in the Epic Game Launcher
Since this is an error related to the login account.
So hereby it is highly recommended to relogin Epic Game Launcher.
- Simply open the Epic Game Launcher
- Select the profile icon
- On the drop down menu displayed
- Kindly select sign-out ( You will be signed out of your account)
- Using your account details like username, and password login back into your epic games account.
Method #2 Verify the Game
- Open Epic Game Launcher
- Navigate to Library
- On the Falls Guys game click three dots then select verify
- Once done verification, try playing the falls guys game again and check if the problem is fixed.
Method #3 Flash DNS
- Press Windows Key, then type cmd
- Next, right click on Command prompt and select Run as administrator
- Type ipconfig/ registerdns and press Enter
- Type ipconfig/release and press Enter
- Type ipconfig renew and press Enter
- Finally, type netsh winsock reset and press enter
- Restart your pc and check if the problem is fixed.
Method #4 Try DNS Server
- Press windows key, then type ncpa.cpl and press Enter
- Right click your network is connected and select properties
- Enter your DNS server that you want to use
- Reopen Fall Guys and check if the problem is fixed
Method #5 Try with different Epic Game Account
Since this an error related to the login account
I also recommend you to try with different epic game account
Method #6 Contact to Epic Games player support
The last method is contact to Epic Games Player Support and notify them of the error on your game.
