Fix #3: Delete and Reinstall Instagram
To delete Instagram, long press on the app icon.
- Click on uninstall and confirm by tapping ok.
- Now enter the Play store or App store to download Instagram again.
- Type Instagram in the search bar.
- Click on Install.
After installing Instagram, open the app and see if the problem is fixed or not.
Fix #4: Download the old version of Instagram
The problem you are experiencing maybe due to the last update to Instagram.
Try to solve this problem by downloading the old version.
Delete Instagram on your device, before downloading the old version.
